This Keith Van Horn biography is aimed at 9-12 year olds, but its a fun read
for anyone. Grody covers Van Horn's basketball days from his childhood in
Diamond Bar, California, through the 2000-2001 season with the New Jersey Nets.
There are several chapters covering his playing days at the University of Utah,
including unforgettable games in the WAC Tournament, and his development under
Utah coach Rick Majerus. The book covers his personal life including a frank
look at his relationship with Amy Sida (now Amy Van Horn) and how their
relationship matured as Keith dealt juggled his classwork, his commitment to
basketball, and his responsibilities as a father.
